I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and I have a strong interest in ayurveda and traditional medicine and herbs which informs my practice. I promote the therapeutic effects of food, supplements and lifestyle changes and will work with you to build a meal and lifestyle plan that is nutritionally balanced, practical, enjoyable and sustainable. Alongside dietary recommendations and lifestyle changes, I also may suggest functional tests such as stool analysis for gut microbiome health, as well as other hormone and blood panels to determine a more strategic way to support you and your health in a more unique way. My specialites are women’s health - including weight management, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, IBS, PMS/PMDD, infertility, pre-conception and menopause. I encourage potential clients to commit to at least five sessions to see a real change in your health, both body and mind, but this will depend on your requirements, so this may be less or more.
